Visual Phase: Straw yellow color with gold and green reflections, very clean and bright.
Smell: Clean aromas of good intensity with fruity hints of apricot, pineapple and apple on a background of hay and white flowers.
Taste Phase: The palate is broad, glyceric, with a balanced acidity that gives it freshness and elegance. Aftertaste with very good final memory.
Serving temperature: 10 – 12 ºC
Pairing: Fish, shellfish, fresh cheese.

Grape Variety: Albariño 100 %

Elaboration: White wine made from the Albariño grape variety. The grapes used are selected and come from the estate’s old vines, which are more than 25 years old. The must obtained from the first draining is fermented at low temperature and remains in tank on lees for 6 months using the batonage technique. Aged in tank.
